EXTENSIONS
Bauhaus offers two contract types when considering your Extension, Annexe, or Small building(s) project.
You can use our “Design and Build Service”, or our “Construction only Service”.
With our “Design and Build Service”, you entrust the execution of your project to the professional Management of Bauhaus Projects. You will be allocated a dedicated Project Manager to your particular project. We will provide professional advice on viability and budget costs, assist in planning, provide design and drawings, obtain Council Approvals if required, liaise with Building Control surveyors and of course construct the works. The advantage of this option means the least involvement and least headache on behalf of the Customer and demands most responsibility and attention on the part of Bauhaus Projects Management Team.
