Bauhaus Projects Ltd is a specialist Building Company, specialising in Design and Build of new Extensions, Conversions – including change of use, interior remodelling and general Home improvement work. Bauhaus Projects is managed and lead by a professional Management team including a Civil Engineer, Architect and Interior Designer.
The Company prides itself by its professional Project management approach and has established a reputation in the area for delivering projects on time and to budget. The Company has long experience in the Construction and Project Management industry, spanning over 38 years.
CEO Ash Fahmi has Studied Civil Engineering at Leeds University and graduated in 1982. He has since been involved in the Building and Construction Industry. Our Experience also includes Project Management as well as construction work of Steel and Concrete structure and traditional building and restoration work. We also cover all related building services such as Electrical, Heating and plumbing work and other related disciplines.
Bauhaus Projects, being a local Company has been very careful to maintain its relationships and ties with the local community. They have continued to take on the smaller projects as well as the large and complex, particularly in Berkshire area, always providing high quality work and after sales service they have become known for, always aiming to exceed Customer’s expectation.

N.B. Each Project has its own tailor made File, which contains all relevant Construction drawings, Time Control Programme, project specific risk assessments and procedure and other related information. This is maintained by the Site Manager. Regular Site Inspections are carried out by Bauhaus Contracts manager, as well as weekly Progress meetings with the Customer.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our quality assurance procedures are strictly enforced on each and every contract, which guarantees that our work is of the highest standard.
Our membership with the Federation of Master Builders, and our recent success; in the FMB Master Builder of the Year 2008, in the ‘Small Renovation Projects’ Category, receiving a ‘Highly Commended’ award, represents our progressing reputation in both our construction philosophy and human philosophy.
Due in course to Bauhaus Projects policy of employing its own direct workforce, we are able to exercise effective control, over individual training, insuring that a responsible safety culture is ingrained into our work culture.
All our work sites under go both a scheduled management inspection, and ongoing weekly inspections by safety representatives on site.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Keeping up to date with the latest Specifications in materials and building technology is something that Bauhaus Projects continually strives to maintain. In addition to this all Personnel receive appropriate on and off the job Training and Briefing to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest Building Regulations requirements, as well as relevant Safety and Health, environmental and Quality Assurance compliance.
COMPANY ACCREDITATIONS
Being a registered member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) means that the Company has been vetted and references checked. The Company has signed the Federations Declaration of Policy “To promote excellence in the Construction of buildings and just and honourable practice in the conduct of business and suppress malpractice”
Bauhaus Projects has also recently achieved accreditation for ISO 9001:2008 Standard for Quality Assurance systems.
Bauhaus Projects diligently maintain their Company professional and third party liability Insurance policy. All their vans are properly marked with the Company identity and all employees vetted and duly trained.
